Well here's a UNICORN!
An original, unrestored UK ZXR750 with a genuine 2, 200 miles from new & in literally "time warp condition" & having just undergone a sympathetic refresh (over many months) by a 70 year old friend of the original owner who is now 91!
Essentially a 1 owner bike after being pre-registered it was bought by the then 55 year old (in 1989) because ... "saw it in the dealer & just had to have it" ... haven't we all been there????
He did a minuscule mileage on it then it was just stored. Now of a senior age (ahem just 91) his friend bought it off him as a "project" to help him unload it and set about a refresh as an enjoyable project. So basically almost everything done including new tyres, stripped & cleaned carbs (took him 2 attempts) spark plugs, brakes rebuilt, all fluids obviously & whatever else needing doing including such things as flushing tank & fuel system, new battery etc. The end result is a pristine original early H1 with incredibly low mileage the likes of which you're going to struggle to find again that has never had an MOT & yet ready to ride (after its 1st MOT if not going in a collection).
Truly genuine unmolested example, I have the owners manual, tool kit & original old V5 but alas no service book but hey its only done 2, 000 miles. ABSOLUTELY NO SCRATCHES OR MARKS ON THE BODYWORK - AMAZING REALLY
In my garage ready for detailing so temporary photos but will look like a new pin when I've finished. Just to re-iterate, all original paint, decals, wheels etc. NOT BEEN RESTORED OR MESSED WITH.
