1991 Ducati 900ss (Super Sport) with just 21,292 miles and recently had a full service including valve adjustment, new fork seals and carbs stripped, cleaned & rebuilt to the tune of £1304.
This is the much sought after 1st year of production with attractive white frame of this incarnation.
This is a local bike originally supplied by very reputable Silverstone racing Ducati dealer "Baines Racing" 31 years ago and he is still trading with passion!
This lovely example has a superb provenance including original Warranty & Maintenance booklet with purchase invoice in and no less than 7 service stamps by Baines Racing up to 14,300 miles and a plethora of other paperwork including invoices, loads of old MOT's & memorabilia.
This 900ss has had some serious pampering and money spent on it over the years.
The bike has had some tasteful upgrades from new apparently all done by Baines Racing including an extra oil cooler rad, wonderful "Bora" exhaust conversion (so they look like factory finish but a bit throatier) and a "90's" style twin headlight conversion (original not held).
The condition is very good & the bike starts on the button and is in very original condition with the dealer supplied "Baines Racing" decals obviously added proudly when new by Geoff (the owner) as this was his first year of trading and for my money add a little extra "je ne sais quoi" to this unique Ducati.
Price is firm I'm sorry as this year, provenance and low mileage are starting to rise rapidly and she is priced to sell. I have clear HPI report verifying genuine bike with no bad history, 5 previous owners and thick file of paperwork.
