THIS STUNNING DIAVEL (Italian for Devil) REALLY LOOKS THE PART IN ITS "DARK" LIVERY & SATIN FINISH PAINT FINISHED OFF WITH A VERY STYLISH HP CORSE HYDROFORM EVO EXHAUST (£600 extra & sounds amazing!) & RELOCATED REAR NUMBER PLATE ON A TAIL TIDY WITH REAR BRAKE LIGHT DELETE (now a part of the indicators like new BMW's). THE BIKE COMES WITH SHAD PANNIERS & FITTING KIT & PILLION BACK REST (£700 extra) I HAVE REMOVED AS I PREFER THE LOOK WITHOUT (but see last photos). IT HAS THE EXPENSIVE FACTORY UPGRADE WIRED IN DUCATI/GARMIN SAT NAV UPGRADE (£900 extra) CNC RACING BLACK BILLET FRAME/ENGINE PLUGS & BRAKE/CLUTCH RESERVOIR CAPS, QUICK RELEASE FUEL FILLER CAP, BAR END MIRRORS & EVOTECH TAIL TIDY SO IT REALLY HAS BEEN TASTEFULLY (and expensively) ENHANCED Now the good news - having hardly being used for the last couple of years I sent it to "Desmo Shed" in New Barnet who is a top Ducati technician (just look up his 5* reviews) & asked him to go through the bike & so it has just had a FULL service with belts, oil & filter, brake/clutch fluids, new starter switch, lambda sensors & negative earth wire, and various other incidental jobs with a bill to the tune of £1,372. Then when I rode it home I wasn't happy with the front brakes so new EBC discs also replaced (£500)! I have all books (in original leather wallet), keys, stamped service history & loads of invoices, tool kit, DATATAGGED paperwork & old MOT's which is currently until 18th August & the bike has only done 8,600 miles from new! JUST A WHOLE LOTTA BIKE WITH LOOKS TO DIE FOR & A SOUNDTRACK TO GO WITH IT!

THIS 996 IS A GENUINELY BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE WITH SUPER LOW MILES, FULL SERVICE HISTORY (last done by Baines Racing in 2018 including belts & has done a couple of hundred miles since) & ONLY SOLD DUE TO LACK OF USE. HAS ALL KEYS, BOOKLETS, TOOL KIT, INVOICES, LOADS OF OLD MOT's & OFFERED IN TIMEWARP CONDITION AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE VIDEO & PHOTOS I rode it today to take the video & photos, having fitted a new battery & it started on the button, runs perfectly & is an absolute treasure. There can't be many left of these iconic bikes with such low mileage, low owners & in such lovely order, the paintwork & frame/wheels are just sublime. Two minor points to mention are the clutch lever got knocked when removing out of storage & as designed the tip broke off (see photos) so a replacement will be fitted & the front mudguard has a crack on left stanchion in what looks like a disc lock may have caught but very easy fix. Also, the bike was originally a biposto but at some point in its life converted to a much prettier monoposto - but if it bothered you I'm sure a biposto rear would be easy to source. Otherwise the bikes overall condition is quite superb & an absolute credit to the 2 owners who owned it virtually from new. Just study the photos & video to appreciate just how good this superior example really is, I really think you could be looking a long time for anything better & by then will probably be more expensive as this is a highly desirable marque. I am semi-retired & do this as a passion/pension top up - consequently my bikes are competitively priced (I have no overheads) & I believe you will not find better presented examples as I personally detail them PROPERLY with no jet washing or harsh chemicals by using waterless wash & go system & a lot of WD40.

THIS BIKE IS READY TO RIDE & WILL BRING A SMILE TO ANY ENTHUSIASTS FACE! SUPER RARE IN THAT IT IS UNRESTORED, ALMOST 100% FACTORY ORIGINAL & SUPER LOW MILEAGE & ONLY A TOTAL OF 5 OWNERS IN ITS LIFE The bike had new Avon tyres in November last year & replacement rear shocks (but have originals that could be refurbed if required) & the wheels were re-spoked on original chrome rims & I am told by previous collector/owner everything else is as it left the factory. Whilst I cannot guarantee the mileage - if you study the overall level of minimal wear & tear throughout the bike it really stacks up as being genuine - I mean just look at the seat & footpegs! I have 3 old V5's including a copy of the original owner when he sold on in 1983 with a covering "sold as seen" signed letter (typed out on an old fashioned typewriter) & that's about all paperwork wise. One key fits all the locks as you would expect & all lights, switchgear etc. work perfectly - again as you would expect for this blatantly cherished example When you watch the video you can see the bike starts 1st gentle kick from cold (and has done every single time I've run it) & quickly doesn't need the choke then settles down to a lovely idle. It rides absolutely spot on & is just a charming little bike in every way I've just detailed it & obviously it is now registered as an historic vehicle so doesn't require MOT or paid tax & as she runs so sweetly - "Goldie" is ready to ride & enjoy. I really doubt you will find a better example & its value lies in the originality & having not had a the usual nut & bolt resto, not to mention the mileage! WHAT A STUNNING LOOKING DUCATI & FINALLY THE 999 SHAPE IS GETTING THE APPRECIATION IT DESERVES HAVING GROWN INTO ITS LOOKS. THE 2 OWNERS WERE BEST FRIENDS & IT TRULY IS AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO THEM IN WONDERFUL CONDITION BELYING THE FACT IT IS A 25 YEAR OLD BIKE WITH NO CORROSSION OR RUST (very slight tarnishing to rear footpegs), & HAVING JUST BENEFITTED FROM A REFRESH IN APRIL AFTER STORAGE TO INCLUDE - NEW PLUGS (NOT A 5 MINUTE JOB FOR THOSE IN THE KNOW!), OIL & FILTER CHANGE, BRAKE FLUIDS & RECENT MOT (WITH NO ADVISORIES) The original paintwork is just stunning in the sunlight & virtually unmarked throughout (literally you will struggle to find any stone chips), the frame, fasteners, wheels, seat & cockpit area are also superb with only a very slight graze (through storage) on the RH engine casing (I have simply put some protection over instead of respraying it) & everything is original as it left the factory. THIS FANTASTIC UK ORIGINAL EXAMPLE IS A VERY EARLY DELIVERY (MARCH '98) WITH LOW ENGINE & FRAME NUMBERS & HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO A GENTLE 2 YEAR "REFRESH" - NOT A RESTORATION, BY PADDY SLUDDS (Those who know him or have had one of his bikes will know he does a superb, thorough job, as a genuine enthusiast who takes pride in his work) & CONSEQUENTLY IT NEEDS NOTHING, 100% FACTORY STANDARD DOWN TO THE REAR REFLECTOR, UNCUT MUDGUARD & EXHAUST & SCREEN. HE HAS BEEN THROUGH IT WITH A FINE TOOTHED COMB LEAVING NO STONE UNTURNED SO SHE STARTS ON THE BUTTON, QUICKLY SETTLES DOWN TO A QUIET TICKOVER & HAVING RIDDEN IT TODAY IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY - SLICK GEARBOX, REVS OFF THE CLOCK, BRAKES NICELY & AS ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME - I'M A BIT OF AN R1 GEEK HAVING OWNED WELL OVER 30 OF THEM & LIKE TO THINK I KNOW MY WAY AROUND THEM ... AND YES EXUP VALVE IS SORTED! As you can see from the last picture an absolute ton of paperwork/invoices with the service book (partly stamped by Fowlers), owners manual, Haynes manual, MCN 20th Anniversary edition of the R1, every tax disc, I think every MOT & a load more. It has the tool kit, original Fowlers number plate & of course is HPI clear with print our for new owner. The condition is spectacular as you will see from the pictures/video & the only marks to point out are a paddock stand scratch on the RH side of frame (easily covered with some small gel protectors if it bothers) & the mirrors have the minor "honesty" marks (I can actually respray to look like factory new if required) OTHERWISE since putting it all back together with NOS OEM fasteners fixings where required & beautifully done refreshed paint where needed (it really is concours) & not being ridden since - there are NO CHIPS, SCRATCHES OR MARKS TO THE 100% PERFECT PAINTWORK ANYWHERE. Just look at the condition of the seats! There may be slightly cheaper ones out there but I really recommend you go & look at them & then see this bike. In my humble opinion this is the best example out there at this price point & this is the model to get & it is 100% factory & the next lucky custodian will be over the moon with it. Consequently the price is firm, if you look at my feedback I don't exaggerate & only source proper examples.

FOR MY MONEY THE BEST LOOKING NON SPORTS BIKE OF ITS ERA ... THIS HAS TO BE THE FINEST EXAMPLE BOTH MECHANICALLY & COSMETICALLY CURRENTLY FOR SALE AT THIS PRICE POINT. BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED BY A GENUINE ENTHUSIAST WHO LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED WITH AN ENGINE OUT CAREFUL RESTORATION. NEW VERY HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL PAINT (PIN STRIPES ETC. PAINT NOT DECALS), REPAINTED FRAME, NEW CLUTCH & BASKET & ENGINE CHECKED OVER (IT IS SUBLIMELY QUIET) & A PLETHORA OF NEW OR EXPENSIVELY RECOMMISSIONED PARTS INCLUDING CARBS BEING REBUILT PROPERLY, TYRES, CHAIN & SPROCKETS ETC. ETC. I HAVE A LOAD OF PHOTOS SHOWING THE REBUILD & RECEIPTS FOR PARTS BUT JUST LOOK AT IT! WATCH THE VIDEO & PHOTOS - THIS IS THE REAL McCOY I rode the bike today to give it a shakedown, to take the video & photos on this glorious sunny day today & it was faultless. 100% perfect with everything working as it should & rides, stops, changes gear & sounds just lovely. This is the indefectible usable classic to just get on & go - waft along with ease & a big fat grin on your face! (And powerful enough to keep up with modern traffic) Low owners, 2 keys (1 key fits all locks), Haynes manual and obviously just had new oil/filter/plugs etc, BUT I don't have any history HOWEVER you really don't need it - I mean it has had all you need done & with only 30,000 miles being a HONDA it purrs! These are known for rattily cam chains and/or clutch basket - NOT THIS ONE, I HAVE HAD 5 OF THEM NOW & THIS IS BY FAR THE QUIETIST ENGINE. Not many of these 900's around & certainly not like this & I think at the moment incredible value for money when you look at what you are getting (not to mention the quirky number plate) compared with 2-strokes, Fizzies/RD's/Z900's/400 Fours etc.etc. SO - TO SUM UP - JUMP ON THIS ONE AS THEY DON'T COME ALONG VERY OFTEN!

THE ULTIMATE EVOLUTION OF MV's FAMOUS F4 MODEL ... RR (not to be confused with the single R, these are much much rarer & watch out for Dealers ignorance advertising an R as an RR! The quick way to tell is a genuine RR emblem on the petrol tank) THE "312" BIT OF THE NAME REFERS TO THE TOP SPEED ACHIEVED BY THE BIKE IN KPH (194 IN MPH) This beautiful monoposto RR 312 comes with a fearsome reputation for hyper acceleration, which only relents when it hits the rev-limiter in top gear & trust me having ridden it, IT GOES ... & with the "F1-V10" sounding BODIS quattro exhausts (£2,000 extra) - truly magnificent sound! This particular example comes in for my money, the much rarer & better stealth like livery of metallic black & gun metal grey, with red accents & as with all MV Agusta's it's "Motorcycle Art" from every angle with the inimitable 4 tip exhaust, single sided swing arm, lightweight forged Marchesini wheels, Brembo monobloc brakes & big chunky Marzocchi forks which have just had new fork seals & oil as well. Just serviced oil/filter and a minor oil leak found & fixed which was just a starter motor o-ring (apparently known minor issue on these) Just 17,200 miles backed up by clear HPI report for new owner, 3 previous owners, all old MOT's & part service history, with original presentation pack, 2 keys, owners manual, service book & tool kit. This MV has been ridden & enjoyed with a really steady MOT history, (engine sounds perfect & runs a treat, starts on the button) & not kept as a garage queen with seals & water pumps drying up as a consequence - these MV's don't like not being used. Consequently it does have some minor marks/stone chips consistent with it's age (15 years now) & mileage BUT that means you can ride & enjoy it & not be scared of it, so I have priced it extremely competitively taking this into account, especially with having 2k worth of exhaust, really excellent private plate & having just had forks done, oil & filter & MOT until December. The only advisory was on the front tyre which I have deliberately left for the new owner as it is a very personal thing but it does need doing & again I feel the price takes this into account, especially when looking around at other much higher prices & just for the more common R model. SO HERE IS A GORGEOUS RARE PIECE OF ITALIAN EXOTICA FOR THE PRICE OF AN EQUIVALENT R1, BLADE OR GIXXER - TRY FINDING ANOTHER ONE THIS REASONABLY PRICED WITH THE EXTRAS AS WELL!
