Quite simply the lowest mileage, best collector grade example F4 out there!
Bought as a part of a small collection by a friend of mine who had known the owner & bike from new & he is only keeping the RC30 so I bought it (in Trade name). He did register it in his name so it does actually show a 2nd owner from last month BUT it is essentially a 1 owner bike with absolutely every bit of provenance you could want including original PDI, original sales invoice for £12, 200 (hence my asking price :-) all books, keys, sales brochure, even a letter in it's Italian stamped envelope from Claudio Castiglioni with an invitation to join the "Club MV Agusta Factory". There is a huge workshop manual & another factory manual & a ton of paperwork to go with it & factory paddock stand & spare original front mudguard.
My friend who has OCD has just refreshed the bike with new correct oil, filter, coolant & then flushed out the dry stored fuel tank (spotless) & put super unleaded in, new battery, flushed & refilled brake fluids. He even warmed the engine up with a hair dryer & run engine with out starting it to get the fresh oil circulated then it started on the button & sounds perfect. I rode it home 5 miles & it is spot on.
The condition is just outstanding as I believe it was stored in a vacuum bike bubble.
Make no mistake this is as good as it gets for a very collectible MV F4.
